Depending on the nature of your enquiry, the legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries which you submit in the context of pre‑contractual measures or for the performance of a contract, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR where your enquiry is of a different nature and my legitimate interest lies in the proper handling of such enquiries. Where personal data are requested which I do not require for the performance of a contract or for the pursuit of legitimate interests, the transmission of such data to me is based on consent given by you pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

I have integrated Vimeo video content on this website. Vimeo is a video platform operated by Vimeo, LLC, on which users may upload, share and statistically analyse content.
Vimeo enables me to embed content from the Vimeo platform directly into my website.
Vimeo uses cookies and other browser technologies to evaluate user behaviour, recognise returning users and create usage profiles. This information is used, amongst other purposes, to analyse the activity associated with viewed content and to generate reports.

Purpose and Legal Basis
The integration of Vimeo content on this website is based on your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 165(1) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 (TKG 2021), which implements the ePrivacy Directive in Austria.
I intend to transfer personal data to third countries outside the European Economic Area, in particular to the United States of America. Such transfers to the USA are made pursuant to Article 45(1) GDPR on the basis of an adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission.
