Clean master data is the bedrock of transparency, controllability, and digitalisation in procurement.

I support you in establishing this foundation and securing it on a lasting basis.

To do so, I work with a clearly structured approach and deploy modern, AI-assisted tools for the analysis and optimisation of your procurement master data.

My AI tools run on dedicated, secured servers located in the EU, with no connection to the public internet.

In detail, my services are:

  • Assessment of your data quality:
    for example with regard to duplicates, inconsistent descriptions, or data gaps.
  • Improvement of master data quality:
    from the definition of measures through to operational implementation in your ERP system.
  • Category classification:
    revision or completion of your category structure, as well as cataloguing of your procurement items.
  • Mapping of your items to industry standards such as ECLASS or UNSPSC.
